I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Masters in Social Work and more than 25 years of experience providing clinical support to adults with various issues and diverse backgrounds. My training includes cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy, substance abuse interventions, and coping strategies to decrease depression, anxiety and the impact of trauma. I will listen closely to your struggles and provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore solutions and develop tools to reach your personal goals. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I will strive to offer strategies best suited to your needs. I utilize a variety of techniques including mindfulness, acceptance, and addressing negative thoughts and patterns that hold us back from living a healthier existence.
