Life sometimes takes us down a path that can be difficult, uneasy, and quite painful to deal with. Working together, we will create a safe, comfortable environment to help you walk down that path with hope that things will get better. I have vast experience working with people enduring addiction, trauma, legal difficulties, and severe mental illness. I’ve worked in substance abuse rehab programs, outpatient therapeutic services, and inpatient psychiatric settings. This has enabled me to understand the wide array of difficulties people experience through their struggles with mental illness. I am trained in EMDR for use with substance use, anxiety and trauma disorders. I am also currently undergoing extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy for use with change-of-life issues that cause increased stress and anxiety.
